This residence in Redmond, Washington, was designed in close collaboration with the developer, with careful attention to proportion, flow, and constructability from the earliest stages. We developed the project through a fully coordinated BIM process, integrating architecture, MEP systems, clash detection, technical detailing, construction documentation, and interior design to create a complete, construction-ready package that reduces coordination risk and maintains design quality throughout the build.
